Inkludera Mera

Identity for Inkludera Mera, a training program helping companies with knowledge, examples and tips on how the workplace can be improved by opening up for new talent and colleagues.

The education addresses intellectual disability, and how companies can work to create an inclusive work environment where all colleagues are involved. The goal is for more young adults with intellectual disabilities to have meaningful employment and the opportunity to participate fully in society through practice and employment.

The program is part of a project where workplaces can be certified as an inclusive workplace according to a new requirement specification that has been developed in collaboration with the Swedish Standards Institute.

The assignment included logotype design, a colour theme, a printed brochure, design and development of their website, and motion graphics & music production for a promotional video.
